The Crows have recalled Scott Thompson and David Mackay for Saturday night’s clash with West Coast at Domain Stadium.

The experienced pair replaces Ricky Henderson and Wayne Milera Junior, who have both been squeezed out of the team that beat St Kilda on Sunday.

Thompson, 33, returns after missing the match against the Saints with general soreness.

Mackay, 27, will play his first AFL game since straining his hamstring in Round Seven.

The midfielder made a successful comeback from injury in the SANFL last weekend, collecting 25 possessions, six clearances and kicking a goal to be one of Adelaide’s best players in the loss to Sturt.

Milera, Henderson and young onballer Brad Crouch are the emergencies.

Defender Jeremy McGovern (illness) has been recalled to the Eagles team. Jeremy and younger brother and Crows forward Mitch will play against each other for the first time ever this weekend.
