Adelaide has replaced the injured Luke Brown with another defender, Ricky Henderson, for Sunday’s Multicultural Round clash with Carlton at the MCG.

Henderson, who was the travelling AFL emergency last weekend, is the only change to the Crows team that beat Melbourne. Wingman Paul Seedsman, young backman Jake Kelly and promising draftee Wayne Milera Junior are the emergencies.

The Crows match committee decided that Seedsman, who has missed three weeks with a hamstring strain, should return via the SANFL. He will play his first game for the Club at State League level on Saturday against league leaders Sturt at Thebarton Oval.

Brown, who has played 70 consecutive AFL games, will miss his first match since Round 11, 2013. The reliable backman will be sidelined for 1-2 weeks with a groin injury.

Adelaide’s AFL team will hold an open training session at Football Park from approximately 9:15am on Saturday (July 9) before flying to Melbourne.

A couple of former Crows will line up for Carlton on Sunday, as Adelaide aims to secure back-to-back wins at the MCG. The match will be part of the Toyota AFL Multicultural Round celebrations.

Fans heading to the MCG can check out ‘The Crows Zone’ located between gates 1 and 2. Victorian GA members can grab their giveaway, a pair of bright Crows sunnies, before the game.

Supporters and members can also test out the new Crows ticket grab machine, which is offering the chance to go in the draw to win a trip to Adelaide for the Club’s last minor round match of the season, or earn a discount on CROWmania merchandise.

Essential Crows Members wanting to access the AFL Reserve will need to enter via Gate 6 or 7. After the game, join Crows members and supporters for a function in the Olympic Atrium on Level 2 in the Olympic Stand.

On Saturday, exciting recruit Curtly Hampton will make his long-awaited return in Adelaide’s ‘home’ SANFL game against Sturt at Thebarton.

Ticketed Crows and Sturt members will receive free entry to the match upon presentation of their 2016 membership cards. Children under 18 can also attend free of charge. There will be kids activities, giveaways and a chance to get autographs from both the SANFL Crows and Sturt teams.
