Prospective debutant Myles Poholke is among five possible inclusions for Adelaide’s clash with Collingwood at the MCG on Sunday.

Poholke, wingmen Paul Seedsman and Wayne Milera Junior, defender Kyle Hartigan and utility Jono Beech have been included in a 25-man squad, which will be cut to 22 at 4:30pm (SA) on Friday.

All five have been named on an extended interchange bench.

Forward Eddie Betts (appendix) and midfielder Brad Crouch (cheekbone) are the only confirmed omissions at this stage.

Defender Jake Lever (hamstring) wasn’t considered for selection, but is tipped to return next week.

A goalkicking midfielder, Poholke was recruited with pick No.44 in last year’s National Draft.

Former Magpie Paul Seedsman is in line to play his first AFL game of the year. Seedsman, who missed the first two months of the season with a groin injury, has displayed consistent form in the SANFL.

Milera and Hartigan could both return from injury against Collingwood.

Milera has missed the past two games because of a calf complaint, while Hartigan has been sidelined for nearly a month with a hamstring injury.

Beech will be hoping to play his first senior game since Round 15.

Sunday’s match starts at 3:20pm (AET). It will be Adelaide’s third trip to the MCG this season.

Onballer Rory Atkins will play his 50^th game, while ruckman Sam Jacobs will make his 150^th club appearance.

The Crows will hold an open training session at Football Park on Saturday from about 9:15am (SA). The light session will run about 45 minutes.

For fans at the MCG on Sunday, there will be a post-match function in the Olympic Atrium on Level 2 of the Olympic Stand. Entry is subject to capacity.

Adelaide’s SANFL team will also be in action on Sunday.

The SANFL Crows take on Glenelg at Bordertown from 1:10pm (SA).
