Crows duo Mitch McGovern and Hugh Greenwood have claimed the AFL's Mark and Goal of the Year nominations respectively for Round 18.

McGovern soared to his second Mark of the Year nomination from the past three weeks for his huge grab over Geelong’s Lachie Henderson late in the third quarter last Friday night at Adelaide Oval.

The 22-year-old also won the Round 16 nomination for a similar mark over Western Bulldog utility Lachie Hunter.

McGovern (38 per cent) edged out Sydney's Dean Towers (33 per cent) and Carlton forward Levi Casboult (29 per cent) to claim this week's nomination.

He joins Charlie Cameron, who also has two entries in the main Mark of the Year draw, following his nominations in Round One and Round Nine.

Greenwood completed an Adelaide sweep of the weekly awards following his soccer-style volley in the opening term against the Cats.

The tough onballer threw his non-preferred right boot at a loose ball after it spilled free from a contest deep in Adelaide’s forward line.

The 25-year-old made perfect contact, with the ball curling through for an incredible goal as Adelaide stormed clear to a 21-point victory over Geelong.

Greenwood was the landslide winner with 54 per cent of the public vote to beat Cedric Cox of Brisbane (33 per cent) and North Melbourne goalkicker Jarrad Waite (14 per cent).

Cameron (Round 10) and reigning Goal of the Year winner Eddie Betts (Rounds Nine and Four) are also in contention for the 2017 title.

The AFL’s All-Australian Selection Committee will select the best three marks and goals from a selection of 28 at the conclusion of the home and away season to be put to a public vote to determine the AFL's Goal and Mark of the Year for 2017.
