Adelaide has included key trio Eddie Betts, Brad Crouch and Jake Lever in a squad of 25 for Sunday’s Showdown.

Betts, Crouch and Lever have been named on an extended interchange bench alongside midfielders Hugh Greenwood, Paul Seedsman and Wayne Milera Junior and swingman Andy Otten.

There are no confirmed omissions at this stage, with the team to be confirmed on afc.com.au at 4:30pm on Friday.

Betts (appendix) and Crouch (fractured cheekbone) both missed the draw with Collingwood last weekend, while Lever has been sidelined for a fortnight because of a hamstring injury.

All three players will be assessed again before their selection is confirmed.

Two-time All Australian Betts has a remarkable record in Showdowns, having kicked 27 goals in seven games for the Crows against the Power. See more Stats that Matter ahead of the game

Showdown XLIII, which is a Crows home game, is on the verge of a sell-out.

The best way to guarantee entry is to purchase a Bronze Membership for $99 (adult).

Bronze Membership will provide entry for Adelaide’s remaining two home games, and also enable priority access to Weeks 1 – 3 of the Finals Series if the Crows are participating.

Gates on Sunday open at 2pm.

Fans are encouraged to allow time for additional security measures in place at Adelaide Oval.

Forward Tom Lynch will play his 100th AFL game, while Lever is set to line up in game No.50.

Adelaide’s SANFL team has a bye this weekend.
