Adelaide has confirmed promising rookies Hugh Greenwood and Alex Keath will be elevated to the senior list for Season 2018.

Greenwood and Keath, both 25, have followed similar paths since being signed by the Crows as Category-B rookies towards the end of 2015.

Co-captains of Adelaide’s SANFL team in 2017, the left footers made successful AFL debuts this year.

Greenwood kicked three goals in his first senior game against the Brisbane Lions in Round Nine. The big-bodied midfielder played a total of 15 matches, averaging 16 disposals, six tackles and five clearances.

Key defender Keath debuted against Geelong in Round 18 and played six straight games, displaying good athleticism and composure under pressure.

Greenwood and Keath were both rewarded with new two-year deals, tying them to the Club until at least the end of 2019.

The pair joins trade period recruits Bryce Gibbs and Sam Gibson as additions to Adelaide’s primary list since the end of the season.

On Monday, the Crows announced that Cam Ellis-Yolmen and Jono Beech would be delisted, and flagged intentions to select Ellis-Yolmen as well as prospective father-son recruit Jackson Edwards in the Rookie Draft should they be available.
