BIO: Son of Adelaide champion Tyson, Edwards is a composed midfielder who accumulates possessions and uses the ball well. The left-footer represented South Australia at the NAB AFL Under-18 Championships, averaging a team-high 24 disposals across the carnival, and played senior football for SANFL club Glenelg. Renowned for his professionalism, Edwards trained with the Crows and also lined up in the Club’s trial game against Greater Western Sydney in Preliminary Final week. He becomes Adelaide’s second father-son selection behind cousin Ben Jarman who was recruited as a rookie last year. Edwards was also a member of Adelaide’s Next Generation Academy.
