Another week, another Rory Laird team of the week selection.

The All Australian defender has earned a third straight guernsey in Kane Cornes’ Team of the Week on AFL.com.au after collecting 32 disposals in Adelaide’s 49-point win over St Kilda in Round Three.

Laird and Hawthorn’s Tom Mitchell are the only two players to have been named in the team in each week of the season so far.

Midfielder Bryce Gibbs and winger Paul Seedsman were also named in the team.

Gibbs compiled another impressive performance in the tri-colours, finishing with 26 disposals and a game-high eight clearances and 10 tackles. The former Blue also booted a goal and earned a perfect 10 votes from the two coaches against the Saints.

Meantime, Seedsman recorded a game-high 710 metres gained to continue his strong start to 2018, also collecting 26 touches, eight inside 50s and two goals.

Adelaide was one of three teams with three players selected, alongside Richmond and West Coast.
