Richard Douglas received maximum votes from the coaches against Carlton on Saturday night.

Douglas, who also earned votes in the previous round, kicked multiple (two) goals for a second-consecutive week.

The reigning Phil Walsh Best Team Man finished with 28 disposals at 85.7 per cent efficiency, a game-high eight clearances, equal-game high and five inside 50ms.

He also had a Round Seven-high five score assists to earn a perfect 10 from Don Pyke and Brendon Bolton.

Forward Mitch McGovern attracted eight votes for his personal-best haul of five goals. McGovern also took more marks (nine) than any other Crow, including five inside 50m.

Defender Rory Laird, who made history by amassing 30 or more disposals for a seventh straight game, was judged the next-best player on the ground.

Laird finished with 32 disposals to go with an equal-game high six rebound 50ms and a goal.

The All Australian is equal-sixth on the Shadforth Financial Group AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Leaderboard with 30 votes.

Promising midfielder Hugh Greenwood was awarded four votes.

Greenwood won a team-high 14 contested possessions against the Blues and was Adelaide’s leading tackler. He was also one of six Crows to kick multiple goals (two).

Onballers Cameron Ellis-Yolmen (one) and Paul Seedsman (one) rounded out the voting.

After polling 10 votes in a hefty defeat, Fremantle captain Nat Fyfe has joined Hawthorn’s Tom Mitchell at the top of the overall leaderboard.

Jack Macrae (Western Bulldogs), James Sicily (Hawthorn) and Dayne Zorko (Brisbane Lions) were the other players to score 10 votes on the weekend.
