All Australian Matt Crouch headlines a list of three possible inclusions for Sunday’s Round 10 clash with Melbourne.

Crouch missed the Club’s Friday night win over the Western Bulldogs with hamstring soreness.

The 23-year-old will face a fitness test later in the week along with defender Luke Brown (adductor) and utility Wayne Milera Junior (hamstring).

Crows General Manager High Performance Matt Hass said Crouch had trained strongly over the weekend.

“We looked after Matt last week after he got a little bit sore after the main training session,” Hass said.

“He got a nice big session in on Sunday so he will join in with the main group this week and should he get through that he will be available on the weekend.”

Hass said Milera will also re-join the main training group for the rest of the week but Brown needed to do a little bit more to prove his fitness.

“Browny is going a little bit more steadily. He’s increased his rehab work (and) we are hopeful he will train on Thursday with the group and if he gets through that he will be available but he’s got a few boxes to tick.”

Captain Taylor Walker will now undergo a conditioning program and could return before the Club’s Round 14 bye.

“Tex had an interrupted pre-season for a variety of issues, he built back up to play against Richmond and consequently had some ups and downs with form and soreness,” Hass said.

“He needs to get a block of training in, increase his training load, get a nice block of strength work in just to generally improve the robustness of his whole body to make sure that he can stand up to the rigours of AFL football for the rest of the year.”

Vice-captain Rory Sloane, who is recovering from a minor strain to his Lisfranc ligament, will now increase his training volume after undergoing a period of rest.
