Collingwood has recalled midfielder Jordan De Goey for Friday night’s clash with the Crows at Adelaide Oval.

De Goey missed the start of the 2018 home and away season due to a club-imposed suspension for drink-driving but starred in the Magpies’ VFL win last weekend to earn his place in Nathan Buckley’s side.

The 22-year-old replaces prolific ball-winner Taylor Adams, who suffered a hamstring strain at Collingwood’s training session on Wednesday.

Small forward Jarryd Blair boarded the team flight to Adelaide on Thursday morning and has been named as an emergency.

Collingwood’s AFL team is:

B: Sam Murray, Lynden Dunn, Brayden Maynard
HB: Tom Langdon, Matthew Scharenberg, Jeremy Howe
C: Steele Sidebottom, Scott Pendlebury, Tom Phillips
HF: Jordan De Goey, Ben Reid, Will Hoskin-Elliott
