Adelaide will make at least five changes for Saturday’s SANFL clash with Sturt.

Utility Andy Otten heads seven inclusions for the match against the reigning premiers, which kicks off at 2.10pm at Peter Motley Oval.

Otten, 28, was squeezed out of Adelaide’s AFL team and is set to play his first game at state league level this season.

Six players from the Club’s SANFL development list have also been included.

Defenders Louis De Michele, Damon Hill and Kurt Waterman, forward Tom Pinyon and onballer Josh Wittwer are all set to return to the side.

Brayden Altus and Daniel Fry could make their SANFL debut if selected in the final team.

AFL-listed duo Harrison Wigg (hip) and Reilly O’Brien (back) were unavailable for selection.

Riley Knight, David Mackay and Mitch McGovern have all been added to Adelaide’s AFL team for Saturday’s clash with Carlton at the MCG.

Otten, onballer Scott Thompson and long-kicking Crow Paul Seedsman are the Club’s senior emergencies.

Saturday’s SANFL clash will be a battle between two of the form teams of the competition. Adelaide has won four of its last five games, while Sturt is on a six-game winning streak. Full match preview
