Paul Seedsman is in a rich vein of form and was arguably the Crows best-on-ground in Round Five against Sydney.

Halfway through last year, however, the dashing winger was doubting whether he would even play football again because of on-going injury problems.

On this Sunday’s episode of The Crows Show Seedsman explains just what was going through his mind during last season.

“It (his body) wasn’t coming along how I wanted it to,” Seedsman said.

“At that stage, I was 25 and out of contract at the end of this year I had look at the worst case scenario and prepare myself.

“Now I have confidence in my body again and doing a little bit of work in the mind space as well has been good for me.”

Also on the show, we get a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to make your AFL debut through the eyes of Myles Poholke.

Former Bulldog Luke Darcy and Crows big-man Sam Jacobs explain how ruckmen are becoming a dominant force in the AFL again.

We go into the world of competitive gaming and speak to the multi-talented Isabella Chan who is a bit of a pioneer for women in esports.

And high-flying former Crow Ben Hart talks us through his 1996 Mark of the Year against St Kilda.
