David Mackay will play his first game for the SANFL Crows in Saturday’s clash with Sturt at Unley.

The wingman has been Adelaide’s substitute in the Club’s last two games and is set to line up for his first State League outing in more than two seasons.

Mackay’s last SANFL game was for South Adelaide in Round 13, 2013, when he collected 29 possessions and kicked a goal.

First-year Crow Harry Dear also returns to bolster Adelaide’s forward line for the afternoon match against the Double Blues.

Dear rolled his ankle late in his return game from a shoulder reconstruction at Noarlunga two weeks ago and missed last week’s loss to the Eagles at Woodville.

Former Panthers junior Matthew Wilson, Tea Tree Gully goalkicker Dylan Schoenmakers and Hahndorf playmaker Josh Wittwer have all been included on an extended interchange.

The SANFL Crows will be without mobile defender Sam Shaw, who has been selected for his second AFL game of the season against Brisbane at Adelaide Oval.

Regular Crows development players Luke Carey and Brock Castree will return to their local clubs this weekend.

Midfielder Cam Ellis-Yolmen and backman Andy Otten join Mackay on the emergency list for the Crows’ clash at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night.

Adelaide's SANFL team sits in seventh position on the League ladder with six wins and a draw, three premiership points ahead of eighth-placed Sturt.

The match at Peter Motley Oval in Unley begins at 2.10pm and will be broadcast live on radio station 5RPH. Club ticketed members receive free entry to the match upon presentation of their 2015 Membership Card.

All five games in the SANFL’s Round 18 are scheduled for Saturday afternoon.

Central District must defeat the Tigers at Elizabeth to stay in the finals race, but a win for South Adelaide over Port Adelaide at Alberton would guarantee the Panthers a second-straight finals appearance.

The double chance could be the prize for the winner of Norwood and West Adelaide at City Mazda Stadium, while minor premiers the Eagles will host bottom-placed North Adelaide at Woodville Oval.
