We asked our Supporter Services team to answer some of the main questions being asked by Crows members and fans as we approach the 2015 season.

When will I receive my membership card?

Membership cards have started being dispatched. You can expect to receive your membership card before the first home game on April 5. If you require your barcode or membership card for entry to NAB Challenge games, please contact Member Services on (08) 8440 6690.

How do I gain entry to the remaining NAB Challenge games?

Crows members planning to attend Thursday night’s NAB Challenge game in Geelong will need to print a free E Ticket to use at the gates. The tickets will be available in the My Crows online accounts of all members with a Victorian postcode by the close of business on Wednesday. Any other Crows members who wish to attend the Geelong match should call Supporter Services on (08) 8440 6690 and ask for an E Ticket. Some members will receive their membership cards before the March 21 game against Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium. If you require your membership card for entry to the NAB Challenge game v Port Adelaide, please contact Member Services on (08) 8440 6690.

I’ve applied for a seat move, when will I hear if I am able to move for 2015?

Thank you to everyone that has submitted seat move requests. You will receive a phone call and/or email from one of our Member Services team by the end of March. Please note that not all seat move requests will be satisfied this season due to high renewal rates and a lack of seat inventory. However, if your request to move seats does not result in a seat move this year, your request will be kept on file for the following season. If you wish to purchase additional seats, please join the wait list.

I’m on the wait list for season membership, when will I hear if I’m getting a seat?

Season tickets are currently at capacity (other than General Admission Home memberships).

If you have already joined the wait list, you will be contacted by the Club by the end of March.
Visit www.19thman.com.au for further details.

The Club is still offering those who wish to purchase additional seating or new memberships the opportunity to join a wait list. The cost to join the wait list is $90 for adults and $30 for juniors.
For those not successful in securing season tickets for 2015, the amount paid automatically credits into a Bronze membership. This means that you will have access for up to three games of your choice throughout the 2015 season (subject to terms and conditions available at 19thman.com.au).

To join the wait list please call (08) 8440 6666 or join online.

I want to buy tickets in the member priority period on Monday 16 March. How can I purchase tickets?

You will need the barcode number on the back of your membership card to purchase during the member priority period. If you have not received your card, Member Services can provide your barcode number. Please call (08) 8440 6690.

Public tickets will go on sale the following day, Tuesday March 17 for the first two home games against North Melbourne and Melbourne.

When will I receive my member hoodie?

Due to unprecedented demand there is a delay on delivery of the hoodies for a number of our members. This was our first year offering an exclusive members product at time of renewal and we simply did not expect to have such high demand. As such we needed to place a large order in late January, which unfortunately will not be delivered until May. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope you understand. We have learnt from this and will be approaching exclusive products at renewal time next year quite differently to ensure we are able to deliver prior to the first game.
