Richard Douglas has taken over as the top Dream Team performer for Adelaide but ‘Stazza FC’ remains the top dog in Adelaide’s Dream Team Group.

Coach Michael Leikas scored 2,353 in round 12, lifting his total to 26,016.

He has stretched his lead over ‘Purple Sneakers’, which is 225 points behind in second spot, followed by Dylan’s FFC.

Richard Douglas has scored 1,044 points this season after a round 12 score of 115, ranking him 56 in the league and 23 points ahead of Adelaide’s next best Simon Goodwin.

The national leader (All Stars) sits on 26,390 points after 12 rounds. The biggest score of the round in Adelaide’s group was 2,464 by Kristian Economou’s team ‘The Royals’. The highest score nationwide was a massive 2,613 by team ‘Knuckle’.

On the field, Lindsay Thomas from North Melbourne had the highest score of the round with 165, ahead of Dane Swan from Collingwood and Jack Riewoldt from Richmond, who both scored 150.

Dane Swann is the most prolific scorer in the league with 1,432 points in total. Adelaide’s top scorer in round 12 was Richard Douglas with 115.

Douglas’ value has now risen up to $414,400, an increase of $125,400 from the start of the season.

Upgraded rookie Chris Schmidt’s price increase - he is now at $268,900, up by $174,400 from the start of the season - ranks him among the biggest DT improvers of 2010.
