Versatile trio Shaun McKernan, Cam Ellis-Yolmen and Luke Thompson has been included in Adelaide’s squad of 25 to play Fremantle at Patersons Stadium on Sunday.

McKernan comes into the squad as a possible replacement for ruckman Sam Jacobs, who was substituted out of the win over Gold Coast with a hip injury. Jacobs has been named in the squad and will be given until the weekend to prove his fitness. McKernan played the opening two games of Adelaide’s season as a back-up ruckman/forward.
