Matt Cowdrey’s Paralympics medal collection continues to grow.

The Crows Ambassador picked up his second gold in London overnight, anchoring the 4x100m freestyle relay team. Cowdrey won his first gold medal on Friday in the 100m backstroke S9, when he set a new Paralympic record of 1:02.39.

He has also claimed silver medals in the 100m butterfly and 100m breaststroke. The 23-year-old still has four events left in London.

Another Crows fan, Katy Parrish, finished 11th overall after her first three jumps  in the long jump F37/38 final. She finished fifth in her heat of the 100m (T38).
