Adelaide selected Allan with its 16th pick at the 2016 AFLW Draft and she made her debut in Round One, 2017, and went on to feature in the Crows’ inaugural Grand Final win that same year. She enjoyed a breakout year in 2018, finishing runner-up in the Club Champion and earning the Best Defensive Player Award. Allan is a three-time premiership player and is the rock of Adelaide’s defence. She earned All-Australian selection in 2020, 2021, and Season Six. Allan was named Co-Captain ahead of Season Nine (2024) alongside Ebony Marinoff. Allan's elevation to Co-Captain came after previously serving as a Vice Captain.
