Rachele was drafted to Adelaide with pick No. 6 at the 2021 AFL National Draft. The small forward booted 11 goals in four games for the Murray Bushrangers and averaged 18.5 disposals, 6.3 marks and 3.8 tackles. Rachele made his AFL debut in against Fremantle in Round One, 2022, and kicked five goals. In 2023 - his second season at the Club - Rachele played 21 games and booted 23 goals. He then featured in 22 AFL matches in 2024 and kicked 30 goals. The 23-year-old featured in a total of 17 games across the 2025 season before an injury sidelined him for eight weeks halfway through the season, where he made his long-awaited return during the Crows' Semi-Final clash against Hawthorn. The forward went on to kick a career-best 38 goals across the 2026 home-and-away season.
