Adelaide has named three changes to its Round Five side set to face Richmond at Adelaide Oval on Saturday afternoon.

Sam Berry and Shane McAdam have been named to play their first games of 2022 after impressing in the SANFL.

Berry starred against North Adelaide last weekend, finishing with 26 touches, five tackles and a goal.

McAdam meanwhile has returned to his high-flying marking form, taking a huge grab against Port Adelaide in Round One.

He’s also booted four goals across the opening two rounds of the SANFL.

Brayden Cook has been named on the wing after serving as the medical substitute against Essendon in Round Four.

On Wednesday, Crows coach Matthew Nicks praised the form of Berry in the reserves.

“I can talk about some guys and their form, who are knocking on the door,” Nicks said.

“Then you talk about guys like Hately, like Berry, who are pumping out really strong games and basically saying they’re ready to play at the higher level.”

Harry Schoenberg, James Rowe and Mitch Hinge make way in the side.
