Adelaide will open Gather Round -  a four-day Festival of Footy where all 18 clubs play in nine matches across venues in SA - at Adelaide Oval on Thursday night.

It will be the second, consecutive year the Crows kick off the special round.

Here is everything you need to know ahead of the Festival of Footy and if you’re heading to the game.

Tickets:

Adelaide’s Round Four Gather Round clash against Melbourne is for ticket holders only.

This means there is no access with your Crows Membership Card (physical or digital). 

For Members who have redeemed a ticket, these are now available to download via the Ticketek app or your Ticketek account online.

If you can no longer join us for the clash against Melbourne, you can transfer your ticket to family/friends via the Ticketek app. Alternatively, you can return your ticket and receive a refund.* 

You can return some or all the tickets in your order, simply tap “Return” on your mobile ticket in the Ticketek app. More information on how to return tickets is available via this link.

If you purchased a Multi-Day pass for Adelaide Oval, to collect a refund all tickets must be returned and a refund request logged via this link.

Crows Open Training:

Following a sold out junior footy clinic, Adelaide will host an open training during its Captain’s Run at Stratarama Stadium (Glenelg Oval) on Wednesday, April 3 from 5pm. 

The Captain’s Run will start at 5pm, Members and fans will then have a chance to get an autograph and a photo with their favourite Crows stars from 6pm-6.30pm.

Key Timings for the game:

  • Gates Open: 5.15pm
  • Player warm-up: 6.15pm-6.30pm
  • Player run-out: 6.56pm
  • First bounce: 7.10pm

Beyond the boundary… What else is on in Adelaide?

In addition to the footy, there’ll be a host of activities across Gather Round including the FREE Macca’s Footy Festival at Elder Park, opposite Adelaide Oval.

The 2024 Macca’s Footy Festival will run from Thursday, April 4, until Sunday, April 7, as part of the league’s Gather Round festivities.

The four-day festival will be full of free activities and entertainment for all ages, including player appearances, some of SA’s best local vendors, food trucks and licensed bars, while the popular 150m long zip line over The River Torrens will return for a second year.

The Norwood Food and Wine Festival will take over the east on Sunday, April 7, with multi ARIA award winning indie rock band, The Temper Trap, to perform.

Footy fans and event goers will have an opportunity to soak up some of the state’s best food, beverage and entertainment offerings at the free event, which will be hosted along The Parade.
