Ebony Marinoff and Sarah Allan will again co-captain Adelaide as the Club gears up for Season 2025.
Like last season, six players have been named in the leadership group, five of which return.
Eloise Jones, Jess Allan and Anne Hatchard have all been selected, alongside the Skippers, and will be joined by defensive star Chelsea Biddell.
Fresh off a two-year contract extension, Biddell will replace Najwa Allen in the group, who joined Hawthorn in December.
Crows AFLW Senior Coach Matthew Clarke said he was excited to have Marinoff and Allan lead the team for another year.
“We’ve been very fortunate over our history to have strong leadership at the Club,” Clarke said.
“This year, like last year, reflects the development of our younger players over the past five-seven years.
“The elevation of Chelsea Biddell showcases her stature and standing within the group, and more broadly within the league.”
Allan said a spread of leaders across the forward, midfield and back lines would encourage the side to be proactive and take ownership during quarters.
“It was important for us to be able to make decisions in game and not just wait for the quarter-time breaks,” Allan said.
“We’re empowering leaders through every line group, and that’s just not the leadership group, that’s the next wave of emerging leaders as well.
“It’s an honour to lead this Club and I couldn’t be prouder to be doing it with Ebony again.”
Marinoff heaped praise on new leader Chelsea Biddell for her inclusion following several impressive years at the Crows.
“To find herself in a leadership role just a few years in is a credit to Chelsea,” Marinoff said.
“It’s so well-deserving and I can’t wait to see her rise in the role.
“I’ve got full confidence our leadership group will hold us in good stead through the 2025 season and I can’t wait to lead the side again alongside Sarah.”
