Adelaide midfielder Matt Crouch will be available for selection this weekend after overcoming a hip injury.
The 30-year-old has not featured for the Crows since Round Eight against Fremantle when he was subbed off at the end of the third quarter.
“Pleasingly, Matt Crouch will play this weekend in the SANFL,” Crows High Performance Manager Darren Burgess said.
“He’ll be on slightly restricted minutes but has got through training and his conditioning really well.”
Jordon Butts will return to Adelaide this week via car after puncturing his lung against the Western Bulldogs on Saturday.
Butts did not return to the game following the first quarter and was taken to hospital in Melbourne after reporting breathing difficulty.
“We’ll commence Jordon’s rehab once he returns to Adelaide,” Burgess said.
“He’s spending a couple days in hospital in Melbourne and will be driving back to SA this week some time.”
Josh Rachele continues to recover well from knee surgery however a return date is still yet to be determined.
“Josh is able to do some upper-body work, but he’s still fairly restricted and in a heavy brace,” Burgess said.
“Once the brace gets removed, which will be in about one-and-a-half to two weeks, we’ll have a further indication as to the timeline of his return to play.”
Brayden Cook suffered a concussion against the Bulldogs and will miss Round 19.
“Brayden is progressing well, he’s in the hands of our doctors and all going well, he’ll be available next weekend,” Burgess said.
