Adelaide’s Isaac Cumming will miss Saturday night’s Showdown against Port Adelaide, replaced in the line-up by the versatile Brayden Cook.

Crows General Manager High Performance Darren Burgess said an abundance of caution underpinned the decision.

“Isaac reported some lower leg soreness out the back of last week’s game,” Burgess said.

“We’re taking a proactive approach to managing his situation, while ensuring we can maximise his output in the weeks ahead.”

Luke Nankervis has been added to the emergency list.
