Adelaide’s newest recruit Christina Leuzzi will make her AFLW debut this Saturday against the Eagles.
The former Woodville-West Torrens product joined the Crows as a replacement player in June following outstanding form in the SANFLW.
Leuzzi, a life-long Crows fan, has spent the past two seasons training with the Club as a train-on player.
She averaged 23 disposals, 7.3 clearances and 7.5 tackles across 10 SANFLW games in 2025.
Adelaide Head of Women’s Football Phil Harper said the time had come to give Leuzzi her chance in the AFLW.
“For years Christina has been with the Club in some capacity, patiently waiting for her chance to play,” Harper said.
“Her outstanding form in the SANFLW made her the perfect candidate to join the Club as a replacement player and she’s certainly maintained that same level in training.
“We’re excited to see what she can achieve at AFLW level.”
