The X-factor forward is known for her athleticism and forward craft. However, it’s her defensive pressure that has become her trademark: her work rate in shutting down opposition defenders is a standout.

A member of the AFLW National Academy, Blizard finished top six in the 20m sprint (3.23 seconds) and agility test (8.459 seconds) at the National Draft Combine. Blizard kicked two goals in an eye-catching performance for the AFLW National Academy against the U23 All Stars in April.
