Adelaide midfielder James Peatling has been fined for Careless Contact with an umpire following the Crows’ Round One win against Collingwood. 

Peatling was sighted for an incident in the third quarter, with the Match Review officer handing him a $1,500 fine. 

The penalty will be reduced to $1,000 with an early guilty plea. 

Peatling is available to play in the Crows’ Round Two match against the Western Bulldogs on Friday night.
