Kuwarna defender Jordon Butts will likely be available for selection to face North Melbourne after recovering from an adductor strain.
The 26-year-old has not played since the Round Eight Showdown but has bounced back quickly to stake a claim for Round 10.
“Buttsy has put himself in a good position for selection this weekend,” Kuwarna General Manager High Performance Ian McKeown said.
“He’ll still need to pass the standard tests we have, along with training, but it looks promising."
Kuwarna forward Taylor Walker could also be a chance to return on Saturday.
“Tex’s professionalism in this space has always been impressive,” McKeown said.
“He’s done everything he possibly can up to this point for an early return.
"He’ll need to get through main training from here."
Despite a scare for Sid Draper in the SANFL scans have cleared the young midfielder of any damage following a nasty collision in the first quarter against Sturt.
