Adelaide veteran Taylor Walker will feature in his first SANFL game for Kuwarna since 2014, after being named in the line-up for the team’s clash against Glenelg on Saturday afternoon.

Walker’s inclusion in the team comes after he had missed the past two AFL matches with a minor hamstring strain.

Mitch Hinge will also make his return to competitive football after sustaining a moderate hamstring strain during the AFL side’s Gather Round win against Carlton last month.

The pair will be joined in the team alongside fellow AFL-listed players including Archie Ludowyke, Chayce Jones, Tyler Welsh, Mitchell Marsh, Lachlan Sholl, Charlie Edwards, Hugh Bond, Finnbar Maley, Oscar Ryan, Nick Murray, Indy Cotton, Billy Dowling and Reilly O’Brien.

SANFL-listed players named in the line-up include Captain Kieran Strachan, Tom Bell, Jay Boyle, Blake Drury, Ned Atkinson, Jaxon Bennett, Joseph Haines, Dayne McGary, James Richards, and Cam Taheny.

The game will be Boyle’s 101st Club SANFL game after playing his 100th match for Kuwarna in Round Six.

Players will don a red version of the Club’s First Nations guernsey to mark the SANFL’s First Nations Round, celebrating Indigenous culture and heritage.

Kuwarna faces Glenelg at Glenelg Oval on Saturday from 2.10pm.

The game will be broadcast live on the SANFLNow App.
