Crows to challenge MRO decision

The MRO handed a key forward a three-match ban.

Adelaide will challenge the Match Review Officer’s decision to hand key forward Darcy Fogarty a three-match ban.

Fogarty was cited for striking Sydney’s Harry Cunningham during the second quarter of the Crows’ clash against the Swans at the SCG on Friday night.

The MRO graded the incident as careless conduct, severe impact and high contact, resulting in Fogarty being offered a three-match ban.

The date and timing of the hearing will be determined shortly.
