Adelaide forward Luke Pedlar has suffered a hamstring strain in the Crows’ Round 15 SANFL win over West Adelaide on Saturday.
The 24-year-old left the ground in the fourth quarter after lunging for a spoil and did not return.
Crows General Manager High Performance Ian McKeown said the Club was not yet in a position to put a timeline on Pedlar’s return.
“Unfortunately Peds’ hamstring does not look to be a low-level strain,” McKeown said.
“It will require further investigation and discussion over the next several days however he will certainly miss some footy.”
Defender Hugh Bond has also been ruled out for several weeks with a medial hamstring strain.
“It’s probably a 3-4 week rehab time for Bondy,” McKeown said.
Veteran defender Rory Laird continues to recover from a low-grade syndesmosis injury in his left ankle and is on track to return in three weeks.
