AFLW Injury Report: Round One

An update on our injured players ahead of our season opener.

Crows AFLW High Performance Manager Jordan Sellar has provided an injury update ahead of Adelaide’s Round One game against Sydney at Unley Oval on Sunday, August 16.

Lucy Waye

The 18-year-old draftee sustained a fracture in her hand during pre-season, which continues to heal well and Lucy has been completing a substantial block of training in the lead up to Round One. She will be a Test leading into the weekend.

Grace Kelly

Grace continues to build her training loads after sustaining a minor hamstring strain in pre-season. It’s expected she will rejoin main training next week.
