Ahead of the Crows’ home elimination final next Saturday night, CEO Tim Silvers answered some key questions from fans over Facebook on Thursday afternoon.

Recap on the Q&A below.

Q: Will Tex get a statue?
A (Silvers): Ask him, and it's probably yes. We'll find other ways to honour him in the future.

Q: Do you think Tex will become a coach, or just do his own thing?
A: Don't want to speak on his behalf but right now, I like his work in the media. I'm confident he will always stay connected to our Club.

Q: Who is the guy that sits directly next to Matthew Nicks in the coaches box on game day that isn't Murray Davis?
A: That's the one and only Chris Sheedy who heads up our analysts. I'm with you, he loves a bit of airtime.

Q: Would the Crows ever consider changing their primary guernsey colours?
A: No chance of that happening on my watch.

Q: If we go out in an elimination final, would it be time to look at the current mix of assistants? And why haven't some young players had more AFL exposure?
A: I've said it before, we will always look at ways of getting better across every part of the Club. With our first final just over a week away, we feel far better prepared right now than this time last year. To your second question, every footy Club wants pressure for spots and it should be hard to break into a team that's won 15 games.

Q: What priority access will Gold Members have for finals tickets?
A: We listened to the feedback from last year and changed our priority purchase windows. Members will receive correspondence in the next few days. Stay tuned.

Q: Are we going to be aggressive in the draft this year?
A: Trust me, we are always aggressive with our approach but we need to be measured with our list balance.

Q: Can I come work with you?
A: Can never have enough talent in this place... what are your skills?

Q: Why is Indy Rasheed not being selected in the AFLW team?
A: After an interrupted pre-season, Indy was back last weekend in the scrimmage game and showed her talent by kicking a lazy seven goals. Stay tuned.

Q: How do you replace Taylor Walker?
A: Can't replace the person himself but I feel we have a good mix of forward options developing or already established in our squad.

Q: Similar question, if we lose the first finals game, is Nicks gone?
A: After two decades of working in sport, I know a positive mindset is the only way to approach the most important time of the year.

Q: What's your favourite pizza topping?
A: Ham, salami and capsicum.
