Adelaide has made one change ahead of its Semi-Final match against Brisbane at The Gabba on Saturday night.

Small forward Zac Taylor has been recalled to the side after overcoming a hamstring strain sustained in the Crows’ Round 24 win against GWS.

Executive General Manager Football Adam Kelly said Taylor had recovered well and passed all relevant tests during main training on Wednesday night.

Kelly said Taylor’s form prior to his injury meant he deserved a recall.

“Zac has been an important member of our team this season, showing consistency and executing his role across 21 games played,” Kelly said.

“His contested work, composure and execution of fundamentals is at a high level.”

Adelaide wing Isaac Cumming has been omitted.

Kelly said the strength of the Crows’ available list had made selection one of the toughest calls of the season.

“Finalising the team was as hard as it has been,” Kelly said.

“As we highlighted last week, we have a fit and healthy squad, who are ready and waiting.

“It puts us in a great position with the depth of the squad which is competing for spots.”

Cumming, Reilly O’Brien and Nick Murray have been named on the emergency list.

Adelaide faces reigning premier Brisbane in a must-win Semi-Final at The Gabba on Saturday at 7.05pm (ACST).
