Jake Melksham headlines three inclusions to Essendon's team ahead of Saturday's clash with Adelaide at Etihad Stadium.
Talls Tayte Pears and David Myers have also been added to the team that lost to the Giants by 32 points last week.
Melksham has only played one game in the last five rounds, while Pears hasn't played since Round 23, 2013.
Myers returns after injurying his shoulder in the opening round.
Adelaide has named a settled lineup for the clash on Saturday afternoon.
Brownlow Medallist Adam Cooney will miss due to suspension, while defender James Gwilt has been ruled out due to injury. Nick O'Brien has been omitted.
