Nominations are now open for eligible candidates to stand for election to the Adelaide Football Club’s Board of Directors.
There is one position to be contested with Rod Jameson seeking re-election for another two-year term.
Those wanting to stand must meet a range of criteria including being a Member for at least the past two years and nominations are being called from January 10 to 28.
To be eligible to vote, you must be a financial Member who has access to not less than three Crows home or away matches in a given season or a Captain’s Club or Gold Member.
The process, including an online ballot if required, will once again be independently run by CorpVote.
Crows CEO Andrew Fagan encouraged talented prospective candidates to come forward and highlight their skills, qualities and relevant Board-related experience.
“There is a feeling of renewed optimism and energy in the football department and across the broader Club as we approach the upcoming men’s and women’s seasons,” Fagan said.
“We are entering an exciting off-field phase after presenting our vision for a new home, which is earmarked to be part of a proposed integrated sports and community hub in North Adelaide.
“The Club also seeks to further embed our growth initiatives to help provide continued financial stability and it is important that Members have a say in who plays a role in guiding their Club.”
The public announcement of the election result will be made at the Annual Club Members Meeting on March 2.
