It seems like every day brings new and significant challenges at the moment. Today’s news that the AFL is postponing the premiership season, until at least the end of May, creates more uncertainty and testing times but we could not be more supportive.

As a community, we must do all we can to limit the spread of the coronavirus and our Club is committed to working closely with government and health authorities.

The game and in turn all AFL clubs are right now facing their biggest challenge and we will need the help of our Members to get through to the other side. I am sure you have many questions and we are trying to provide updates as often as possible.

It is truly an extraordinarily difficult period. The issues are complex and they impact good people, their families and friends. All of us. We are continuing to work our way through the problems created by this pandemic and are doing so in a measured manner. Your continued patience is greatly appreciated and to put it simply, your support has never been more important.

As I have previously mentioned, the clubs are united in their approach to this fast-moving and ever-changing situation and I urge everyone to take the advice of medical experts and adhere to social distancing while ensuring you show care for one another.

Now is the time for the entire Crows family to come together and push through adversity like it has done so many times before. Please take care and I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.

Regards,

Andrew Fagan
