Adelaide forward Lachlan Murphy has been offered a one-match suspension following a dangerous tackle on Fremantle's Adam Cerra.

The incident, which took place in the final 90 seconds of Sunday's Round Five clash, was deemed careless conduct, medium impact and high contact by the Match Review Officer.

Murphy can accept a one-match sanction with an early plea.
