Halfway through the season, it’s time to look back at the Club’s most significant moments of 2019.

From player milestones to Showdown medals, it’s been an action packed 13 rounds for the Crows.

Keep in mind the focus is significant moments - not best - so there will be an unfortunate one in the mix.

We’ll be unveiling our picks over the next three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Without further delay, here are our picks for eight, nine and 10.

10. Three young Crows re-sign

Locking down young players is always a focus of the Club and that’s why penning three extensions at once was such a win for the Crows.

Ned McHenry, Will Hamill and Lachlan Sholl all put pen to paper on two year contracts at the start of June.

Announced on The Crows Show, the extensions were a well-earned reward for the young players’ efforts in 2019.

9. Chayce Jones debut

The kid from Tasmania got the call-up for his first AFL game in the Crows Round One clash with Hawthorn.

Jones, an 18-year-old from Launceston, was taken by the Club with pick nine and booted a goal in his first senior match.

Chayce has now played six AFL games for the club and continues to be one to watch for the future.

8. The Melbourne comeback

Adelaide was on a two-game losing streak when it flew to Darwin to face the Demons.

Although many tipped the Crows as favourites, Melbourne came out swinging and led Adelaide by as much as 31 points in the third quarter.

A hard-fought comeback - led by a three-goal, 29 disposal game from Brad Crouch - gave the Crows the win.

As good as the win was, few things were better than seeing the Darwin fans embrace Eddie.

Check back tomorrow for picks four, five, six and seven.
