Adelaide Head of Performance Matt Hass has provided the following medical update after the Round One win over Geelong.

Luke Brown:

“Brown came off the ground in the second quarter after experiencing acute left Achilles soreness and he will be assessed further in coming days.”

Jake Kelly:

“Kelly was involved in a collision in the second quarter and had to be taken from the ground on a stretcher. He suffered concussion and will now be subject to protocols, requiring him to miss next week’s match. His condition will be closely monitored.”

Mitch Hinge:

“Mitch came into the game in the second quarter and unfortunately dislocated his right shoulder twice, he will require scans to determine the extent of the injury and the most appropriate treatment.”

“In addition, Shane McAdam and Will Hamill both had their ankles assessed but were able to play out the game and will be monitored during the week.”
