The Crows selected Marsh with Pick No.22 at the 2025 Telstra AFL National Draft. The South Australian was a constant threat up front for West Adelaide’s under-18s in 2025. Marsh booted 30 goals in 15 games and added an additional 12 for South Australia in the Under-18 Carnival. He is renowned for having plenty in the tank, finishing top 10 in the 2km time trial at the Draft Combine. Mitch is also the son of former Crow Ben Marsh, who played 48 games for the Club between 1998 and 2003.
