Ben Jarman, the son of two-time Crows premiership star Darren, is this week’s SANFL Macca’s Cup MVP.

Jarman, who turned 17 earlier this month, starred for North Adelaide’s U18 side against the Eagles last weekend, collecting 28 disposals and 12 clearances.

The midfielder/forward represented SA last year during its successful U16 national championships campaign and is eligible for the AFL national draft in 2016.

Darren Jarman, who started his football with North Adelaide (144 games) and played in its 1987 premiership, then played 109 AFL games for Hawthorn and 121 for Adelaide.
