2017 Club Champion and All-Australian midfielder, Matt Crouch, has cracked the AFL Players’ Top 50 for the first time.

The 22-year-old was ranked at No. 29 by his peers after breaking an AFL record for most disposals in a season (825) last year.

Every player in the competition was asked to rank the best 50 players in the League, with the results collated and ready for reveal in the lead-up to Round One.

Crouch is the second Crow featured in the Players’ Top 50 after Rory Laird came in at No. 49.

Crouch was the only Adelaide midfielder to make the All Australian team last year, which says a fair bit about the left-footer's rise to prominence. Crouch's kicking has improved from his early days and he ranked No.2 for disposals in the AFL last year, second to Hawthorn's Tom Mitchell.
