Shanti Berggren joined the Board of the Adelaide Football Club in 2021. Shanti is the Deputy General Counsel of Optus Enterprise supporting Optus’ B2B divisions. Her daily practice has a great emphasis on the quasi legal aspect of being an in-house lawyer such as applying a pragmatic governance and risk lens while driving sound commercial outcomes. This is underpinned by her open and rigorous analytical style and firm belief in the challenger culture of asking ‘why’ as a catalyst to find ways to continually improve and as a result change the big things by changing the little things.
