Shanti Berggren is the General Counsel and Executive Director of Legal Services at Adelaide University. She is a commercial lawyer who has worked in private practice and in-house roles in Los Angeles, Singapore, and Sydney. Her daily practice has great emphasis on the quasi-legal aspect of being an in-house lawyer, such as applying a pragmatic governance and risk lens while driving sound commercial outcomes.
