Adelaide has made four changes to its side set to face Geelong at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday.

Wayne Milera has been named to play his second AFL match of the season following a stint in the SANFL.

Milera averaged 17.6 disposals across seven games for the State League team and will don the Crows Indigenous AFL guernsey this weekend against the Cats.

Matt Crouch returns to Matthew Nicks’ 22 after a pair of standout games in the SANFL - totalling 71 touches - along with ruckman Reilly O’Brien.

The Crows No.43 dominated against the Eagles on Friday, finishing with 37 touches, 42 hit-outs, 13 clearances, 11 marks and a goal.

Jordon Butts rounds out Adelaide’s inclusions after two weeks off due to health and safety protocols.

On Wednesday, assistant coach Scott Burns confirmed young forward Josh Rachele would not play following a corked thigh against St Kilda in Round 10.

“We’ll give Josh a breather,” Burns said.

“He’s done terrifically well, Josh, to come in Round One - you can probably see he’s slightly tapering off (after) a few more knocks and a few hits.

“But it’s in his best interest to (have) a breather, he won’t play this week.”

Key forward Taylor Walker will miss due to health and safety protocols.

Kieran Strachan and Chayce Jones have been omitted.

Jones, Brayden Cook, Elliott Himmelberg and Ben Davis have been named as emergencies, with one to be confirmed as the medical substitute one hour before the game.

Round 11 against the Cats gets underway at 1.15pm ACST on Saturday.
