You’ll be sure to keep the kids entertained this Saturday night before the big opening round match with Hawthorn by visiting the Fasta Pasta 19th Precinct and Wendy’s Fan Zone.
The lawns outside CROWmania and Member’s concourse outside AAMI Stadium is the place to be for footy loving kids from 5.00pm.
The Adelaide Football Club’s Junior Development team will be running a range of football activities and competitions with some great prizes on offer from Fasta Pasta and Wendy’s.
Participants will be able to compete in the handball competition, test their vertical jump against the scores of Patrick Dangerfield and Kurt Tippett, and even time their 20 metre sprint just like the AFL’s up and coming stars do at the NAB AFL Draft Camp!
Once testing is complete, every junior fan will receive a Crows in Schools Scrapbook to mark down their own test scores. There is also room in the Scrapbook for autographs, which kids can get from the Players Marquee within the Fasta Pasta 19th Precinct.
The 19th Precinct (located on the lawns adjacent CROWmania) and Wendy’s Fan Zone (members concourse adjacent Checkside Tavern), are open from 5.00pm this Saturday night.
Other activity this week within the Fasta Pasta 19th Precinct and Wendy’s Fan Zone includes:
• the 19th Precinct Players’ signing session from 6-7pm • free kids activities, a souvenir Crows photo, face painting, bouncy castle and rock climbing wall • kid’s give-aways, including the 1st in the 2011 Player Poster Series • mascot appearances including Claude the Crow • a 19th Precinct screening of the Club’s first AFL match • a choice of food and beverages, including the CSG BBQ, tea and coffee outlets and the Selection Table Cafe • AFC information and merchandise marquees • Give-aways and prizes from Fasta Pasta and Wendy’s.
