The Adelaide Football Club and Toyota Australia have extended their longstanding partnership with an agreement which will see the iconic car brand continue as the Club’s Major Partner until at least the end of the 2027 season.

Toyota has been with the Crows since the Club’s inception in 1991 meaning the partnership is entering its 33rd year in 2023, making it one of the most enduring relationships in Australian sport.

The latest renewal was announced by Crows CEO Tim Silvers at a launch event for corporate partners on Monday night ahead of the 2023 AFL season.

It means Australia’s number one automotive brand will remain on the front of the Club’s guernsey and across AFL apparel while supporting Toyota’s vision of creating mobility for all with a range of new initiatives.

The Crows will also continue to support Toyota’s Good for Footy program which has so far provided over $9 million in funding to thousands of grassroots football clubs across the country. Both Adelaide and Toyota are committed to raising awareness of the program and the benefits it delivers to local communities, particularly in South Australia.

Toyota will remain as a key part of the Club’s match day activations and engaging Crows members and fans with family focused events across the metropolitan area.

Crows CEO Tim Silvers said the Club was excited to continue its association with Toyota and proud of the partnership they had formed over three decades.

“As our Major Partner, Toyota is at the forefront of everything we deliver and we’re extremely pleased they will continue to play such a significant role at our Club,” Silvers said.

Toyota Australia Chief Marketing Officer Vin Naidoo said Toyota is extremely proud to be extending its long-standing relationship with the Adelaide Football Club for a further four years as Major Partner.
