Adelaide has made three changes for its match against GWS at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night.
Forward Taylor Walker will return to the side after missing Rounds 13 and 14 due to a back injury.
Adelaide Head of Football Adam Kelly said Walker had trained well earlier in the week to put his name up for selection.
“Tex has done everything we needed of him this week to be selected,” Kelly said.
“Barring anything going awry over the next couple of days he will be out there Saturday night and is very eager to rejoin the boys as we look to build some positive momentum in our season.”
Fellow forward Elliott Himmelberg and ruckman Reilly O’Brien join Walker in the line-up.
“Elliott has been able to get in a good block of training following his facial surgery and provides us with versatility as a tall forward and ruck option,” Kelly said.
“Reilly has held the No.1 ruck mantle for the past six seasons and that experience is a welcomed addition this week.
“Reilly, like the team, will be looking to get back to his best and to finish the year strongly.”
Kieran Strachan, Harry Schoenberg and James Borlase have been omitted.
Borlase has been named on the emergencies list alongside Lachlan Gollant and Zac Taylor.
Adelaide will face GWS at Adelaide Oval on Saturday at 7pm.
Reserved seat tickets for the match against GWS are on sale for $40 for the next 24 hours.
