Four Adelaide players have been charged by the Match Review Officer following the side’s win against North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Crows Captain Jordan Dawson was sighted for careless conduct with an umpire during the first quarter and has been fined $5000, $3125 with an early plea.
Defender Rory Laird was charged with rough conduct against North’s Zac Banch during the third term, with the incident graded as intentional conduct, low impact, and body contact.
Laird has been fined $3000, or $2000 with an early plea.
Midfielder Jake Solgo has received a $3000 fine, brought down to $2000 with an early plea, for rough conduct against Kangaroos ruckman Tristian Xerri in the final quarter.
Soligo’s charge was graded careless conduct, low impact and high contact.
Backman Mitch Hinge was reported for staging midway through the last stanza and has been offered a $1500 fine, which can be downgraded to $1000 with an early plea.
The four will be available to feature in the Crows’ first final, with the fixture and details of the match set to be released on Wednesday night.
